The hilt of this laser sword is exactly the right size to fit in the molding tube of our Clone-A-Willy DIY vibrating dildo kit. However, because the size of this toy is much larger than the average cock, we used rubber mix from two homemade dildo kits.
We submerge the hilt of the toy sword in the molding gel. This step must be performed very quickly because the gel sets within two minutes. Helpful hint: To keep the retractable blade of your sword from getting clogged with gel, tape over the top opening of the hilt with duct tape.
Because of the ridges and buttons on the hilt, we couldn’t pull it directly out of the mold. We extracted the entire mold after poking a small hole in the bottom of the tube to release the vacuum, then carefully slit the mold lengthwise with a utility knife and removed the hilt.
After reinserting the cast into the molding tube, we filled it with the rubber mixture. The rubber mix from two DIY dildo kits was just the right amount to fill the mold. After pouring the rubber, we inserted the vibrator included in the kit in the open end, according to the kit’s instructions.
After letting the rubber set for 24 hours, we remove the mold from the tube and open it up. The replica is ready and the mold has captured all of the detail of the original.
